Trinity Palms Ministries carries a name rich with Christian meaning.

“Trinity” reflects the distinctly Christian beliefs that undergird our ministry, as well as the three central emphases that define our work: faith, freedom, and truth. “Palms” hold prophetic significance in Scripture, symbolizing resilience, fruitfulness, and victorious living—qualities God desires for every believer.

Our Founder

Woody Cumbie is the founder of Trinity Palms Ministries. He serves as a spiritual catalyst for churches, groups, pastors, and followers of Jesus.

Having served for four decades as a pastor-teacher, Woody brings seasoned leadership to Trinity Palms Ministries. His diverse experience as a church starter, Bible teacher, international leadership trainer, and certified life coach has uniquely prepared him to lead this ministry.

What We Believe

We believe the Bible is the only inerrant and infallible Word of God.

We believe in one true God, the Creator of all things, who has eternally existed in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ: in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.

We believe salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ.

We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling Christians are gifted and empowered to minister and to live a godly life.

We believe in the Great Commission to reach the world with the Gospel.

We believe in the Great Commandment to love God and to love people.

We believe the church is both the global body of all believers and local gatherings of baptized believers.

We believe in the future bodily return of the Lord Jesus to reign on earth from Jerusalem.

We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost: the saved unto the resurrection of life eternal and the lost unto the resurrection of damnation.

We believe God has created male and female, and that God’s design for marriage is one man and one woman committed to each other for life.
